Refund policy

We are happy to return items that aren't for you. You have 30 days from purchase to return, customer pays return shipping unless the item is returned for imperfections. We charge a 10% restocking fee.

If exchanging we will pay for your new item to be shipped.

And we can't return items that are on final sale. This includes clearance, any sale over 40% off and buy one get one or more sales.

We will happily exchange your item as it is our goal to have happy customers with Eco Friendly Upcycled items they love! 

Exchanges can be made with in 30 days of purchase with tags on. Unless the item has been deemed imperfect. 

If you do not receive your item due to the Shipping carrier not completing shipment. Please file a claim with the post service used and reach out as we will file one on our end.
