Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your JAX purchase. If an item isn't right for you, we're happy to help.
We offer Free Returns at checkout for a small, optional fee. If purchased, you will receive a return shipping label at not charge. If Free Returns is not purchased, your return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items being exchanged must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached, unless the item has been determined to be defective.
We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item for approved exchanges.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Clearance items
Items discounted more than 30%
Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions or similar multi-item promotional offers
Any item specifically marked as Final Sale
Defective or Imperfect Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or other imperfection, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Lost or Missing Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:
Please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Contact us and we will assist with the claims process and provide any documentation needed.
We will also file a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Please Note: Because our hats are handmade in small batches using upcycled and reclaimed materials, slight variations in fabric patterns, textures, and colors are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
