Disappointed. The hat itself looks nice, but doesn't look good on me.
Soft and cozy, keeps my curly hair safe and the fly away strands in place while maintaining my volume. Also, keeps my head and scalp warm and dry in the damp weather.
The cap is soft, comfortable and flattering. There will be more in the future!
ALL THESE HATS ARE SO CUTE! I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL, THEY ARE MADE WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
Outstanding! Just what I was looking for. I have longer curly hair and get headaches from clips, and bands. I love this! It is beautifully made, pretty colors. I can wear it all day with nothing flying around. Thanks.
So cute and useful!! I Love Jaxhats washable paper towels.
I absolutely love Jaxhats washable paper towels! They work well and are so cute and pretty and absorb very well!!
Perfect fit and beautiful design.
Just not what I expected. Didn’t fit well. Polyester was very static prone.
Hi there, we're sorry to hear the upcycled slacks didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately business wear is often polyester. We will be bringing some more material choices in the future. Soon you can choose from cotton or wool on certain products and colors where we can find enough to comfortably list them online. There is a lot that goes into the back end of all of these products and finding material that we can repeat but staying upcycled from clothing. We obviously do not order our materials. They are thrifted clothing and they come in a smattering of fabric blends. We appreciate your feedback about the fit and fabric. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like assistance with returns or exchanges. Thanks for trying JAX!
So cute and very comfortable with the soft construction materials. I ordered a L and it doesn’t crush my hair! Doesn’t give you that hat head look when you remove it. It does push a little against my glasses but I just adjust it or let my specs slide down a bit as necessary.
Love this saucy little lightweight cap! Very attractive and easy to wear. Doesn’t smash your hair.
Very comfy but I needed more elastic on the head band as when I started to sweat it stretched out a bit too much and the visor began to slip down my forehead. I sewed some baby elastic lines on the strip and it now holds perfectly! Could be I needed a size
Smaller but I do have a bigger than average head! I like that the materials are soft and don’t give you ‘hat head’ crimps to your hair.
Love this visor! It's comfortable, easy to carry around with me for when I need it, and I love the teal cheetah design!
Makes my hair bunch up at the top.
Hi Michelle, we're sorry to hear about your experience. I wonder if you have it pulled down in the back far enough to hold onto your skull. They are meant to be low on the head right at the hairline of the neck like a headband. Try that and get back to me. Feel free to reach out if you'd like assistance or a replacement. Thank you for your feedback!
Very light, which is perfect for Summer. I received many compliments and friends asking where I got such a cute hat!
This is my third JAX hat and first sun hat and I love it!! So well made, cute and I love how the brim bends up for a totally different look! I want them all!!
I purchased the bucket hat at a festival and love it. I receive lots of compliments, and I proudly recommend JAX. What’s not to like? Made in the USA, woman-owned business, and an awesome product!
Nice hat light weight and cool designs. I love it.
Nice hat but too small
I measured at 24 inches and it still didnt fit. Should fit up to 24 inches.
We are more than happy to replace the hat. It should have a tiny bit of stretch and as you wear it it will start to expand a bit. We have to air on the smaller side as opposed to larger for that reason. However it is possible that one came out smaller than intended and I am happy to exchange it even if it is outside the date of exchange. I am sorry I did not see this review sooner!!!! I try my best to be in the loop and check reviews. Please know we will make this right for you Nancy. I see you have returned it so I will send you an apology coupon! :) -Adrienne Priess with JAX
